Image
Happy Eid Mubarak 1429 H We were celebrated Eid Mubarak 1429 H on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at Islamic Centre, Springfield, Massachusetts. Beside SIT Student (Indonesia, Usbekistan and Morocco), there were AFS members from Indonesia too. It was 6 am from parking lot, and came home at 12 pm. We were thankful to SIT especially Tony that provided us van to go to Springfield at that moment. After praying, we went to Morroco Restaurant, and eaten 'halal food' with chicken and beef. Hmm ...delicious. In addition, I like Morocco mint tea. Not only that, but also we continued to make small party at Irfan's apartment. We were happy and enjoy the moment of Eid Mubarak. Happy Eid Mubarak 1429 H. Minal Aidin Wal Faidzin. Maaf Lahir Bathin Ya.

ISAP stand for International Students of Academic Programs in SIT Graduate Institute. ISAP has many activities. One of the activities is geography series. In the end of September'08, geography series was about Indonesia. My friends, Melanie and Ari, presented about Indonesia. We, Rama and I, provided some traditional clothes. Three volunteers wore our traditional clothes. After presenting, many people asked questions about Indonesia. Not only did they ask about cultural traditions, but also about political issues such as respect human rights, and leadership. They were excited about Indonesia as a thousand islands with multicultural ethnic. Do you have question?
